No. All LiveWell homes are smoke-free indoors and monitored by smoke sensors. Residents who smoke may use the designated outdoor area.

All rent is paid through our secure online platform — no cash, nothing ambiguous.

Residents participate in a shared cleaning rotation for common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms), tracked via our group thread. You can also opt into management-set professional cleaning if you'd prefer.

Every home uses keyless entry, and security cameras monitor common areas throughout the property.
