LiveWell Community Homes provides private rooms in professionally managed shared homes — furnished or unfurnished — across the Atlanta metro area. We built LiveWell around a simple idea: affordable housing and genuine community shouldn’t be a trade-off.
LiveWell is family-owned and locally operated, built for independent adults looking for a well-managed, affordable place to live — including working professionals and retirees. Every resident lives independently, with the same freedoms and responsibilities as any household member, alongside neighbors who’ve been interviewed and background-checked before moving in.
LiveWell is not an assisted living facility, nursing home, hotel, or hostel. We do not provide medical care, transportation, or daily meals. Our homes are intended for independent adults who want affordability, stability, and community.
